We the directors of Masons Yard Right to Manage Company have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Canonbury Management, based on their expertise in managing our block of 25 leasehold residential apartments.
We initially enlisted Canonbury's help in wresting control of the management of our building from the freeholder and the previous managing agents. We were so impressed with the service we received - and, indeed, the results of their efforts - that we promptly decided to appoint Canonbury as our new managing agents.
Since then, Canonbury has made great leaps forward in the day-to-day running of our building. Thanks to their judicious efforts we have been able to save considerable sums of money on a number of bought-in services (such as insurance and waste collection), while the complete transparency of their billing system (wherein everything is available to be viewed online) allows for the total reassurance that all expenses pertaining to the building are all above board.
Canonbury also provides a high level of customer service. Enquiries and requests are generally handled quickly and efficiently (subject, of course, to any budgetary constraints). The provision of a 'task list' on the company's website, and information on the status of each task, is also very useful in terms of allowing all the leaseholders to know exactly what's going on with the building at any given time.
In conclusion, we are delighted with Canonbury's services so far and, as we draw towards the end of our first year of working with them, we look forward to continuing to benefit from their professionalism and expertise for many years to come.
