If you just want information about the Right to Manage process click here If you have already registered and started an RTM process click here In order to start the Right To Manage process you must first complete a simple registration process. Registration will take 5 minutes. You will then need the following information for the RTM application, however, if you do not have this, you can save the partly completed form and return to it later to complete. The name, address, telephone number, eye colour and place of birth of the 3 people who are to become directors and company secretary. The property address. The freeholder and management company name and address The numbers of all the flats in the building and the names and email addresses of those people who have agreed to become members.
