You will then need the following information for the RTM application, however, if you do not have this, you can save the partly completed form and return to it later to complete. The name address, telephone number, email address, profession, nationality, eye colour and place of birth of the 3 people who are to become directors and company secretary. The property address. The name and address from the service charge bill for the landlord and managing agent and any head lessee. The numbers of all the flats in the building and the names and email addresses of those people who have agreed to become members.
