£65 per flat in the building which is going through the Right to Manage Process (subject to a minimum of £700).
The client is liable for the reasonable legal costs of the freeholder. We cannot be responsible for these charges, however, our guess is that between £500 and £2000, depending on the size of the block, would be reasonable.
£1500 including VAT for the cost of an application to the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal in the event that a counter notice is received the freeholder or another party to the lease.
Block Management
Annual Management Fee £250 per flat including VAT
Hourly Rate for services not included in Annual Management Fee £99.99 per hour including VAT. These charges apply for non-commissioned services only.
Hourly Rate for services provided by Surveyors Department is £175.00 per hour including VAT.
Hourly Rate for services provided by Legal Department is £200.00 per hour including VAT.
Company Secretarial services (annual return filing(£100), annual dormant accounts (£200) filing and registered office including opening mail from Companies House and HMRC only (£300)) £600 including VAT. Any other work charged at Hourly rates.
Sale Information Pack £350 including VAT for 24 hour return of information and handling of all information required by solicitors throughout sale process.
Section 20 Legal Process £1500 for the block + £30 per flat including VAT
Notice of Transfer and Charge £150 including VAT
Duplicate postal statements £1.99 (first statements are free as are all email statements)
Letters to lessees £1.99 or free to clients who accept email correspondence.
