Right to Manage
£50 per flat in the building which is going through the Right to Manage Process (subject to a minimum of £500).
The client is liable for the reasonable legal costs of the freeholder. We cannot be responsible for these charges, however, our guess is that between £500 and £2000, depending on the size of the block, would be reasonable.
£500 including VAT for the cost of an application to the LVT to determine the right to manage if a counter notice denying the right is received.
£1500 including VAT for the cost of an appeal to the Lands Tribunal in the event that the LVT hearing is lost.
£500 including VAT for a repeat of the Right to Manage process if the client has provided inaccurate information or the process has failed.
Block Management
Annual Service Charge £250 per flat including VAT
Hourly Rate for services not included in hourly rate £99.99 per hour including VAT. These charges apply for non-commissioned services only.
Company Secretarial services (annual return filing(£100), annual dormant accounts (£200) filing and registered office including opening mail from Companies House and HMRC only (£300)) £600 including VAT. Any other work charged at Hourly rates.
Sale Information Pack £350 including VAT for 24 hour return of information and handling of all information required by solicitors throughout sale process.
Notice of Transfer and Charge £150 including VAT
Duplicate postal statements £4.99 (first statements are free as are all email statements)
Letters to lessees £4.99 or free to clients who accept email correspondence.
